Jacob Lehman presents at ALFA Professional Liability Practice Group Seminar

In August 2017, Jake gave a presentation at the ALFA Professional Liability Practice Group Seminar in Mashantucket, CT on defending professional liability claims for clients who face pending or possible criminal charges or who are incarcerated. The talk focused on protecting a client’s 5th Amendment Rights in the civil case, the effect of a criminal conviction on civil liability and issues in presenting incarcerated clients at deposition and trial.
