Chad Goebel obtained a Defense Verdict for an Orthopedic Surgeon following a 6 day jury trial in Philadelphia County where it was alleged that the surgeon failed to formulate an effective plan to retrieve a retained trial femoral head that had become detached and embedded during a total hip arthroplasty.
