Briana Lynn Pearson is a seasoned litigator with a proven track record in complex civil litigation. Her diverse background includes experience handling insurance defense, commercial disputes, employment law matters, and compliance issues. Briana is recognized for her strategic approach to high-stakes litigation and her ability to achieve favorable outcomes for her clients. Briana’s legal acumen is complemented by her business experience, having previously managed operations, and provided corporate counsel services for multiple organizations.

In addition to her litigation work, Briana is a member of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania’s Volunteer Attorney Panel and has been recognized with multiple awards, including the NAACP Phenomenal Women Award for her advocacy and dedication to social justice.

Brianna graduated from Drexel University Law School where she earned her Juris Doctor. Brianna also holds an MBA from LaSalle University, bringing a unique blend of legal expertise and business insight to her practice. She also received her undergraduate degree from Lincoln University.
