Associate
The Philadelphia Office of German, Gallagher & Murtagh seeks an associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience defending civil litigation matters to support its growing casualty litigation practice. The associate will contribute to the firm’s litigation team and be responsible for writing complex briefs and motions, arguing motions to the Court, attending and taking depositions, and handling some files independently. Experience handling casualty, professional liability, and insurance coverage cases are preferred. Excellent writing skills and PA and NJ Bar admission are required. Qualified candidates should submit a current resume, cover letter, and salary requirement.

Associate
The Philadelphia Office of German, Gallagher & Murtagh seeks an associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience to assist its busy litigation team. The caseload is made up of high-exposure medical malpractice matters, product liability cases, and various other business and real estate litigation. GGM offers a collegial and hybrid work environment with the opportunity to learn from, and be mentored by, experienced trial attorneys.
The associate will be an active member of the firm’s litigation team and be responsible for writing complex briefs and motions, arguing motions to the Court, attending and taking depositions, and handling some files independently.
